How do you price a job?
Every job is priced after a free on-site estimate. We look at the floor, talk it through with you on the call, and there is no one-size price list.
Are estimates free?
Yes. Every estimate is free, and we come out to see the floor in person.
Where do you work?
We are based in Walnut Grove, Missouri, and we travel to the customer. Call and tell us where the job is.
What are your hours?

Do you polish new and existing concrete?
Yes. We polish new concrete and existing concrete. The steps an existing floor needs depend on its condition, and we go through this on the free estimate.
Which coating systems do you install?
Epoxy coatings (including flake and quartz systems) and polyaspartic coatings.
What is the difference between flake and quartz epoxy?
Both are epoxy systems with a broadcast added to the coating. Flake uses colored chips, quartz uses quartz aggregate. Which one suits your floor depends on the space and how it is used, and we go through this on the free estimate.
Do you do garage floors?
Yes. Garage floors are one of the main jobs we do, often with a flake chip finish.
Do you work on commercial floors?
Yes. We work on residential and commercial floors.
Do you install polyaspartic coatings?
Yes. Polyaspartic coatings are one of our five services.
Can you repair cracked or worn concrete?
Yes. Concrete repair is part of what we do, from worn floors to damaged areas. What a floor needs depends on the damage, and we go through this on the free estimate.
How long will the job take?
That depends on the size of the floor, its condition and the system you choose. We go through this on the free estimate.
How long has the team been doing this?
36 years in the trade. Sure-Shine, Inc. was founded in 1990, doing sealing and decorative concrete across the US, and polished concrete has been part of the work as a flooring system since 1998.
Who will I deal with?
JD and Sara Edwards own the company. Sara handles bidding, invoicing and operations, and Adam Young leads the crew on site as foreman.
